You are our clients' trusted partner. After signature, you take over to support them, build loyalty and develop the relationship over the long term.

Your missions

  • Manage post-signature client relationships
  • Ensure regular and proactive follow-up of each account
  • Identify upsell opportunities (new sites, additional modules, extensions)
  • Coordinate internal teams (operations, technical, support) to ensure client satisfaction

You are Galam's technical writer. You translate our expertise into clear, precise and actionable documents — for our clients and our teams alike.

Your missions

  • Write user manuals and installation guides
  • Create and maintain product technical datasheets
  • Document internal procedures (assembly, maintenance, after-sales)
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to gather information
  • Structure and develop our documentation base
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all written deliverables

Your profile

  • Technical or writing qualification (engineer, HND, professional degree or equivalent)
  • Initial experience in technical writing, ideally in industry or robotics
  • Ability to simplify complex topics
  • Rigorous, organized, independent
  • Fluent English, French appreciated

Versatile Technician

Your role

At the heart of the Operations team, you work across the entire chain: from workshop assembly to commissioning at our clients' sites.

Your missions

  • Assemble and build robotic modules in the workshop
  • Install and commission systems at client sites
  • Diagnose and resolve faults (workshop and on-site)
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Report field feedback to improve our products

Your profile

  • Technical qualification (electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, mechatronics or equivalent)
  • Initial experience in assembly, maintenance or commissioning of automated systems
  • Comfortable with mechanics, electrics and automation basics
  • Independent, resourceful, rigorous
  • Driving license essential (regular travel)

How long does installation take?

Depending on the configuration, expect approximately 6 months between project validation and commissioning (excluding specific developments).

Technique
What happens if a module fails?

The failed module is automatically disabled. Other modules continue to operate and bypass paths are activated so your flows never stop. Zero single point of failure.
